Legal and Topographic Survey / Surveyor’s Real Property Report
Our Surveyor’s Real Property Reports with topographic information include all aforementioned elements present in the Legal Survey, with the addition of the following:

Reference Plan (R-Plan)
Reference plans are submitted to the various land registry offices across Ontario, and deal primarily with the legal descriptions of land. The information illustrated on R-Plans is used to provide context for easements and rights-of-way registered on a property title. Buildings and other structural features are typically omitted unless they are used to provide references for boundaries or they encroach on another property. |

Site and Grading Plan
Building on the information provided by topographic surveys and architectural drawings, Site and Grading plans are needed to submit building permit applications, but also provide the basis for a property’s proposed drainage and servicing. |
